Bio

I am your typical hard rock that geologist that got confused by the workings of paleo. My main interests lie in the raptor family of dinosaurs but I have been pulled to the lure of metamorphic and igneous petrology by the chance to actually having a future. I plan to attend graduate school in the future with a goal of a PhD in the field with a hope to teach at West Point Military Acedemy. In case you haven't already figured it out I am an Commissioned Officer in the Army on my spare time from work. When I am not totally emersed in rocks or the military I can be a very down to earth individual, at least I hope.
